TrainingProgram for Oversea Undergraduate Students in the Discipline of Business Administration (2018)


一、培养目标(Purpose of TrainingProgram

 本专业旨在将来华留学本科生培养成为工商管理领域内未来合格的领导者和管理者。通过学习和实践,来华留学生能够系统地了解中国社会文化,具有一定的汉语交流能力,掌握与管理、营销、经济等相关的基础理论知识和积极创新、快速反应、善于沟通的能力,成为工商企业尤其是跨国公司及政府部门从事管理工作的高级专门人才。

The major aims to cultivate oversea undergraduate students to become the future qualified leader and manager in the field of business. Through study and practice, the oversea students can systematically understand the Chinese social culture; have a certain ability to communicate in Chinese; master the basic theoretical knowledge related to management, marketing, economics and the ability of active innovation, quick response and good communication skills, and become senior professionals in business management, especially in multinational companies and government departments.

毕业要求(GraduationRequirements

 毕业生应在知识、能力和素质方面满足以下要求:

Graduates are required to meet the following knowledge, ability and quality requirements:

1)遵守中国政府颁布的相关政策法律以及江苏科技大学制定的相关规章制度;正确理解中国社会文化中国文化,尊重中国传统习俗。

Abide by the relevant policies and laws promulgated by the Chinese government, and the rules and regulations of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology(JUST); Learn about Chinese social culture correctly and respect the Chinese traditional customs.

2)身体健康,学习努力,具有良好的道德品质;熟练运用文献检索工具,有效地获取相关信息;能够准确理解工商管理领域内的相关专业中文文献。

Be in good health condition, study hard and have good moral character; Skillfully use the professional literature retrieval tools and effectively obtain the related information; Be able to understand correctly the related Chinese professional literature in the field of business administration.

3)掌握以管理基础、管理经济学、组织行为学、企业会计与财务、营销、战略管理、客户关系管理等为主要内容的基础理论知识。

Master the basic theoretical knowledge with the main content of foundations of management, business Economics, Organizational Behaviors, Accounting and Finance for Business, Marketing, Strategic Management and Customer Relationship Management.

4)勇于创新、快速反应、善于沟通,具备在工商企业尤其是跨国公司及政府部门从事管理工作所要求的基本能力。

Master the basic capabilities of active innovation, quick response and good communication skills required by business enterprises, especially transnational corporations and government departments.

主干学科(Main Subjects

 工商管理、管理科学与工程、经济学、统计学。

Business Administration; Management Science; Economics; Statistics.

四、主要知识域(Main Knowledge Areas

 汉语、数学、管理学、管理经济学、商务统计、会计与财务、营销学、组织行为学、金融学。

Chinese, Mathematics, Management Science, Business Economics, Statistics, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Organizational Behaviors, Finance.

五、核心课程(Core Courses

 汉语、管理基础、管理经济学、组织行为学、企业会计与财务、市场营销、人力资源管理、管理信息系统、运作管理、服务营销、战略管理、客户关系管理。

Chinese, Foundations of Management, Business Economics, Organizational Behaviors, Accounting and Finance for Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Management Information System, Operations Management, Services Marketing, Strategic Management and Customer Relationship Management.

六、集中性实验实践教学环节

 集中性实验实践教学环节课程见附表1

The courses of centrally experimental and practical part refer to Table 1.

七、教学语言(Teaching Language

 除集中性实验实践教学环节外,采用全英文授课。

Except the teaching of centrally experimental and practical part, teaching in English all.

学制与学分(Schooling and credits

1、学制(Schooling System

 标准学制为四年。

The standard schooling lasts 4 years.

2、学分要求(Credits Requirements

 须修满130学分,才能毕业。

The oversea students will be granted graduation when they obtain more than 130 credits.

八、学位授予(Degree Award

 毕业生符合江苏科技大学来华留学生学士学位授予条件,经学校学位评定委员会审查通过,授予管理学学士学位。

When the students meet the requirements of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology (JUST) granting bachelor's degree for oversea students, they will be examined and awarded the bachelor degree of management by the academic degree evaluation committee of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology.
