Q: What are the rules for the length of study during the undergraduate course?

AThe standard duration of study is 4years. According to the credit system management mechanism, the school implements the credit system and a flexible school system. The maximum length of study of students in school is the standard school system plus 2 years.


Q: Can students who have difficulties in learning their original major apply for another major?

A: Students should generally complete their studies in the major they are admitted to. If the international students of Jiangsu University of science and technology really need to change their majors, they must submit a written application for changing their majors to the Institute of overseas education before June 10 of each year, stating the full reasons for changing their majors. After soliciting opinions from relevant departments, the director in charge of the work of international students will sign opinions to decide whether to transfer to the new major at the beginning of the new academic year and make a record.
